A Sneak Peek? More of a Deeper Look Behind the Scenes with High Life Magazine…

It’s been awhile since I worked with this group. Last February’s Sugar Rush seems like forever already. So as soon as my schedule permitted, I grabbed the opportunity to work with this family again.

I’ve been wanting to do something “architectural” lately, something High Life Magazine would be open to as they’ve always been very receptive to my ideas. Thank you, Team High Life! We crazy!

So here we are at my favorite studio, Shutterspace Studios… [vimeo http://vimeo.com/58154501]

My setup for this shoot….

My sister from another mother, Cathy Cantada-Dizon, prepping our gorgeous model, Izabela Dantas for her close-up. Fr9Q8qtoq3AW1nqv.jpg My pegs consisted basically of clean-looking metallic touches with a frosty base… 9BzUpNufDLF7Nyxn.jpgAnd cat’s eye for some of the later setups…. 11ZJYmsGohCutL4q.jpgCathy did an amazing job as usual. We seem to always have this unspoken understanding of what we want for the looks and any changes that need to happen. Working with her is a breeze!

And of course at the helm, the master herself, the great Lilen Uy…

Always in awe working with this remarkable woman!

Another maestro in his own right, Ruben Dellomos, perfecting his hair art…

Some outtakes from the shoot. See Izabela, our fantastic model and true chameleon, transform and shape-shift…
